We arrange and sell tickets for dhow cruises in Dubai, including but not limited to:

• Dinner cruises (Dubai Marina, Dubai Creek, Dubai Water Canal)
• New Year’s Eve special cruises
• Private dhow charters for events

Details such as prices, inclusions, timings, and boarding points are stated on our website or provided at the time of booking.

3. Booking Policy

A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and you receive a booking confirmation from us.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and any special requirements at the time of booking.

ID Requirement: Passengers must carry a valid passport or Emirates ID for boarding, as per UAE maritime regulations.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made online via our secure payment gateway, by bank transfer, or in person at our office (by prior arrangement).

Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings, but confirmed bookings are not affected.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-initiated cancellation:

• New Year’s Eve cruises: Cancellations after confirmation are non-refundable due to high seasonal demand.
• Regular cruises: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before sailing may receive a refund (minus any bank charges). Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

No-show policy: No refund will be given if you fail to arrive on time for boarding.

Operator-initiated cancellation: In case of weather issues, technical faults, or government restrictions, we may reschedule your booking or issue a full refund.

6. Passenger Conduct

You must follow the instructions of the crew at all times.

Alcohol consumption is only permitted on cruises where it is included in your booking and in compliance with UAE law.

Disorderly or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the vessel without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Dhow Cruise Party or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in our cruises is at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or death, except where caused by our proven negligence
